Branded Takeaway Packaging — Part 1: Pizza, Burgers & Street Food

Branded Takeaway Packaging — Part 1: Pizza, Burgers & Street Food

A practical guide to BistroPack's boxes, wraps and bags for pizzerias, burger joints and street-food vendors — what each product is, the sizes it comes in, and who uses it.

Great food earns the first order. Great packaging earns the next one. Every box, cup, bag and bowl you hand across the counter or drop into a delivery bag is a few more minutes with your logo in someone's hands — on the tram, at the desk, on the sofa. That is the cheapest, most repeated advertising your brand will ever run, and it is exactly what BistroPack is built to help you own.

BistroPack makes food-grade takeaway packaging for hospitality brands across Europe, in two natural materials — unbleached Brown Kraft (natural tan, matte, visible fibre) and bleached White paperboard (clean, matte, warm-white) — plus solid-colour waffle-ripple cups in purple, green and orange. Almost everything is offered four ways so you can start wherever you are:

Standard, unprinted stock you can order today; pre-printed boxes that ship with a ready-made factory design; custom 1–3 colour prints in Pantone for clean logo work; and custom unlimited all-over CMYK print when you want the whole surface to be yours. Add a matt or glossy varnish, pick Brown or White board, and our team turns your artwork into a free 3D mockup before anything goes to press.

Pizzerias & Italian Restaurants

Who it's for: pizzerias, Neapolitan and Roman concepts, pinsa bars, calzone specialists, slice shops and Italian trattorias running delivery and takeaway.

Pizza is the most photographed food on the planet, which makes the box it arrives in the most valuable piece of print in your restaurant. BistroPack's pizza boxes come square and round across a full eight-size run from a personal 20×20 cm up to a sharing 52×52 cm, in natural Brown Kraft or clean White board. Because a 20 cm and a 52 cm box look identical in the online 3D viewer, you design once and scale the artwork across every size. Order them blank, pre-printed with a ready-made Italian design, in a tidy 1–3 colour Pantone logo, or as a full all-over print — the party-slice and rectangle offset styles are built for exactly that.

Around the hero box sits the rest of the Italian table. Calzone boxes in two sizes (27×17 and 30×16 cm) give folded pizza a snug, upright home. Pinsa & pide boxes in elongated 23×36 and 30×40 cm formats fit the long Roman and Turkish flatbreads that a square box would crush. Pizza slice plates in Ø17.8 and 22.9 cm corrugated kraft turn a single slice into a grab-and-go product. And underneath it all, kraft pizza secure pads — fluted inlay cards for pizza, pinsa and calzone — soak up steam and stop the base going soft in transit, the difference between a crisp delivery and a soggy one.

Burger Joints & Smash-Burger Bars

Who it's for: smash-burger concepts, gourmet burger bars, diners, sliders and loaded-fries kitchens.

A burger has about four minutes between the pass and the first bite, and packaging has to protect steam, structure and stack in that window. BistroPack's burger range starts with the classic burger box — a bristol-board clamshell in five sizes that flips open one-handed and holds height for towering builds. For sturdier, stackable service there are small hard burger boxes in E/F-flute, offered as a compact square in four sizes and as a long / double 24×12 cm format for two-patty and hot-dog style builds.

Sides and speed come next. Fry boxes — open scoop cartons in five sizes — keep fries upright and visible, and food trays in four sizes carry loaded fries, wings and sharing plates. Wrapping everything together, BistroPack's greaseproof and wrapping papers are genuinely food-contact safe, resist grease bleed-through, and can be printed with your logo so even the paper around the patty is doing brand work. Every box comes in Brown Kraft or White, blank or printed from a single Pantone mark up to full all-over colour.

Döner, Kebab & Street-Food Vendors

Who it's for: döner and kebab shops, shawarma and gyro counters, noodle stalls and high-volume street-food vendors.

Street food lives and dies on speed, and BistroPack's street-food line is built to fly out of a hot window. Noodle & döner boxes are folded kraft pails in 400 ml and 710 ml — leak-resistant, easy to hold, and closed with a single fold. Prefer to skip the design step? The pre-printed döner box ships with a polished factory design already baked in, ready to use out of the carton.

For handheld service, flat wrapping bags in kraft or white slide around a döner, a sandwich or a bakery item and keep hands clean, while block-bottom SOS bags — six sizes from 4 to 21 litres, no handles, flat base — stand open on the counter for fast packing and carry drinks, sides and wrapped mains without tipping. Grease-resistant wrapping papers line the lot. It's a deliberately lean kit: a pail, a wrap, a bag and a paper, each in two materials, each printable, all designed to be filled in seconds.

How ordering works

Every product family on this page follows the same simple path. Choose your size from the range shown, choose your material — natural Brown Kraft or clean White board — and choose how far you want to take the print. Standard is blank stock for kitchens that want reliable, low-cost containers now. 1–3 colour prints put a crisp Pantone logo on kraft or white. Unlimited all-over wraps the entire surface in full-colour CMYK artwork. And a growing set of lines ship pre-printed with a ready-made design if you'd rather not start from a blank page.

Not sure which board suits your colours, or how a design will wrap around a cup or a bucket? Send us the artwork and we'll build a free 3D mockup and recommend the material that makes your colours sing — brighter and more vibrant on White, warmer and more natural on Brown Kraft. Minimums are low, production is quick, shipping is free, and every price is covered by our best-price guarantee.
