Report a complaint

Please report obvious defects, transport damage, incorrect deliveries and quantity deviations within 5 working days of delivery, and hidden defects within 5 working days of discovery (§ 16 GTC).

Please note visible transport damage on the consignment note at delivery and have the driver confirm it.

What we need: your order number, a short description and photos of the goods, the outer packaging and – if noted – the consignment note. Send them by email to info@bistropack.de.

Please do not return goods without our prior consent; returns and exchanges of goods free of defects are excluded.
