PRINTING SPECIFICATIONS:
Printing Method: Depending on the number of colors in your design (1-color, 2-color, or full-color CMYK), we utilize either Flexographic or Offset printing. For multicolor designs, CMYK offset printing delivers an unlimited color palette, photographic-quality resolution, and seamless full-coverage background colors.
Coverage: Full coverage on the outside (optional), edge-to-edge bleed
Colour options:White Kraft cardboard (best for vibrant, high-contrast artwork) or Brown Kraft cardboard (best for natural, earthy, artisanal aesthetics). Our design team can recommend the ideal paper stock for your specific artwork.
Finish options (optional after printing): Matte Varnish (non-reflective, premium tactile feel) or Glossy Varnish (reflective, high-shine, colour-vibrant) Finished with MATTE VARNISH — a sophisticated, low-glare premium tactile surface that conveys understated luxury. The matte coating delivers a soft, refined feel that's perfect for upscale gourmet, artisan, craft, and premium foodservice positioning. Reduces glare in retail display cases and on social-media photography.
Print colour options: 1 colour (Pantone), 2 colours (Pantone), or Unlimited colours (CMYK). High-quality digital CMYK printing creates strong brand presence with crisp, vibrant color reproduction across the entire tray surface. Print across the inner and outer panels turns each tray into an effective mobile billboard for your brand. The print quality is consistent across the entire production run — first tray and last tray look identical.
